FAQ
Pricing questions
What counts as a passport?
One passport is one physical battery with its own serial number and QR code. Battery models are free to add within your plan's model limit; you pay for the units you issue passports for.
What happens if I issue more passports than my plan includes?
Nothing stops. You buy an extra pack (10,000 for €450, 50,000 for €1,750 or 250,000 for €6,250). Packs never expire, so unused passports carry over. We email you when you reach 80% of your allowance.
What happens to my passports if I cancel?
Every passport you issued stays online. Switch to the Archive plan (€19 per month plus €2 per 1,000 passports per year) to keep certificates live and updatable for the battery's whole life, or export everything and move to another provider.
Are scans billed?
No. Customers, repairers, recyclers and authorities can scan as often as they need. Scans are never counted or charged.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are in euro and exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Monthly billing costs 20% more than annual billing and can be cancelled at the end of any month.
