What we do

Battery passports, from first label to last recycling.

We issue, host and maintain EU digital battery passports for economic operators, and give repairers, recyclers and authorities the access the law gives them.

Who it's for

Manufacturers

Issue a passport for every serial number straight from your production plan, and print labels for the line.

Importers and distributors

Placing batteries made outside the EU on the market? The passport duty is yours. We make it manageable.

Repairers and second life

Scan a battery, see the repair data you need and record the work, from a phone.

Recyclers

Read composition data before you start, then close the record when the battery is recycled.

Authorities

Open full records for inspection. Every view is logged for the economic operator.

How it works
Our certificates confirm what is recorded with us. They are not a certificate of product safety or legal compliance.

How it works

  1. 1Add your companyYour details become the issuing authority on every certificate.
  2. 2Create a product modelEnter the battery's fixed data once: ratings, materials, safety.
  3. 3Issue a batchEvery unit in the production run gets its passport number.
  4. 4Print the labelsPut the QR code on the battery and its packaging.
  5. 5Keep the record aliveSales, repairs, second life and recycling are added as they happen.

The law, in short

Regulation (EU) 2023/1542 makes a digital passport mandatory from 18 February 2027 for electric vehicle batteries, light means of transport batteries and industrial batteries above 2 kWh. Other parts, such as carbon footprint, recycled content and due diligence information, are phased in over the following years.

The economic operator that places the battery on the market is responsible for the passport. We provide the passport, host it and keep it available.

What we don't do

  • We don't test batteries or check your product data. You remain responsible for its accuracy.
  • We don't give legal advice. We explain the rules our product follows.
  • We aren't part of the EU or any authority.
