Import from a spreadsheet
Add many product models or batches at once from a CSV file.
- 1Open Import in the menu and choose Product models or Batches.
- 2Download the template, or use your own sheet with the same column names. English and Dutch headers are both recognised.
- 3Save the sheet as CSV. Comma, semicolon and tab files all work, so Dutch Excel files are fine.
- 4Drop the file on the page. Every row is checked and shown before anything is saved.
- 5Choose Import. Rows with errors are skipped and listed so you can fix them and import that file again.
Batches
Each batch row names an existing, published product model. Quantities go from 1 to 100,000 per row, and the production date is written as 2026-11-02.
