A phone page for repairers and recyclers: scan, see restricted data, record what you did.

1. 1Open serialpassport.com/scan on your phone.
2. 2Enter the access key from your approval email once. The phone remembers it for 90 days.
3. 3Tap Start camera and hold the QR label inside the frame, or type the passport or serial number.
4. 4Read the restricted information for your access level.
5. 5Record what you did: repaired, back in use, repurposed, remanufactured or recycled, with the state of health and a note.

Repairers can record repairs and use; recyclers can record recycling; second-life operators can record repurposing and remanufacturing. Authorities can view but not change records.
