Data, hosting and backups

Where records live and how to take a copy.

Production data is stored in a database in the European Union. Daily backups are kept for 30 days.

Owners and administrators can download a full copy of the workspace as JSON under Company › Data and backups, at any time.

Passports are designed to stay available for the battery's whole life, also when you stop issuing new ones. See the archive option on the pricing page.
