Roles and permissions
Owner, administrator, passport issuer, compliance officer and auditor.
- Owner
- Full control, including appointing administrators.
- Administrator
- Runs the workspace: employees, company details, API keys, billing, and issuing passports.
- Passport issuer
- Creates product models and batches, downloads labels and records lifecycle events.
- Compliance officer
- Records events, reviews restricted access, verifies parties and answers help desk tickets.
- Auditor
- Read-only access to the register, batches and audit trail.
Every change is written to the audit trail with who made it and when, so you can always show an inspector what happened.
